The Warmup: As you probably already know by now, the warmup is more than a bit challenging. It's not quite as easy as you would expect a "warm-up" to be. You'll repeat the following circuit of exercises 3 times (30 seconds for each exercise).

Heismans - Side to side jumps while contracting your core.
1-2-3 Heismans - 2 side stutter steps, then lifting your knee up.

A Department of Justice ruling has changed the lives of all American poker players, and elite pro Daniel Negreanu is no exception.
